香港地平線國際貿易有限公司于 2026 年 6 月在香港注册成立，作为集团的国际贸易与结算平台。创办团队自 2016 年起深耕面向乌克兰的 B2B 跨境电商业务，积累了稳定的海外客户基础、供应链关系与真实交易记录，并在此基础上拓展至中亚、蒙古国与土耳其市场。Established in Hong Kong in June 2026 as the group's trade and settlement platform, our founding team has run B2B cross-border e-commerce for the Ukrainian market since 2016 — building a stable overseas client base, supply-chain relationships and a real transaction record, now extending into Central Asia, Mongolia and Türkiye.
收入来源为买卖价差（贸易毛利）与电商平台服务；结算以美元为主，辅以人民币与欧元。Revenue comes from trade margin and e-commerce services; settlement is primarily in USD, complemented by CNY and EUR.
